Permanent Residency

Permanent residence is a type of immigration status in Canada. Every year thousands of people realize their dreams of becoming Permanent Residence within Canada. The immigration streams under the permanent residence category allow one to live, work and study in Canada on a permanent basis. Permanent residence can be obtained through various immigration programs offered by the Canadian government.

Temporary Residency

Aspirants who wish to come to Canada to visit, study, or work for a limited period of time may obtain a temporary residence visa. Thousands of people qualify to enter Canada on a temporary basis every year and so can you! These visas may be single or multiple-entry, and typically allow visitors to enter and remain in Canada for up to 6 months at a time. Generally speaking, when assessing an application for a Temporary Resident Visa, the immigration authorities will consider the purpose of the visit, whether the applicant has sufficient funds to support themselves during their stay, and whether the applicant is likely to return to their home country at the end of their visit.

Study Visa

In order to study in Canada, you will need to obtain a Canadian study permit, which serves as a Canadian student visa for the duration of your stay. Once you have a Canadian study permit, you can apply to renew it from within Canada if you decide to continue your studies. A study permit also allows you to work part-time on campus. You may also be able to work off-campus, work as a co-op or intern as part of your program, or find work after you graduate. Obtaining a study permit in Canada can allow the student to eventually transition to Canadian permanent residence. In this regard, once the student has successfully completed their course of study in Canada, they can apply for a Post-Graduate Work Permit valid for up to three years. This work permit will allow former students to remain in Canada and work full time for any business.

Refugee Claims

As a refugee, you may be able to access government programs to help you settle in Canada. In order to qualify for refugee status in Canada, you must be outside your home country or the country in which you usually live, and unable to return because of a well-founded fear of persecution based on your race, religion, political opinion, nationality or membership in a particular social group, such as women facing domestic abuse or people of a certain sexual orientation.

Citizenship Applications

Becoming a Canadian citizen is the privilege granted to the permanent residents after they have lived in Canada for a certain time – generally speaking, three years out of four. Citizenship applications may take years to process – time is required to perform numerous background checks and ensure that only genuine law-abiding applicants become true Canadians. It is very important to submit the perfect application, otherwise it will take many months before the applicant is informed that the application is incomplete and must be re-submitted. Our job is to prepare the application in compliance with all up-to-date requirements

Whether you are immigrating to Canada, traveling for a vacation, coming to study at one of our world class universities or to work on a dream job, you can relax with the peace of mind that your visa application is being processed meticulously.
